Why intern at CommCore…
The small team atmosphere drew my interest first, as every member has a distinct voice within the group. Beyond the team of excellent professionals, the field of Public Relations and Crisis Communication has always fascinated me. Being able to learn and work in a professional environment with a tight-knit team was an opportunity too good to pass up!
What are you most passionate about?
Coffee! I am an absolute coffee fanatic who always loves to enjoy a good, hot cup of coffee. Back home in Texas, I work as a barista at a local coffee shop, where I get to craft incredible drinks and taste some insanely good coffees from across the world. With coffee, I am able to be creative and expressive in a way that brings joy to others as well as myself!
What is your favorite social media channel?
I have always enjoyed Instagram the most, given as to how I spend an unhealthy amount of time simply scrolling through my feed. I enjoy being able to see the most recent updates from my friends and their activities, as well as staying in the loop with some of my favorite brands or franchises. It’s also a great way to stay up to date with family and friends when they’re far away!
What do you hope to get involved with at CommCore?
I hope to use this opportunity as a chance to grow my professional circle and to absorb as much knowledge as I can from true professionals. I’d love to improve my writing and communication skills, but also learn how to develop better research skills and habits. I hope to attend as many client meetings/workshops as possible, so as to take in the wealth of experience that CommCore has to offer from its stellar team.
