3. My executive team doesn’t think they need media training. How do you address this?
This is a common question. Serena Williams, or any great athlete, knows that practicing with a coach is the best way to stay at the top of her game. Media training and media coaching help the communicator go from Good to Great. Also be sure to review and share our blog post, 5 Reasons Why YOU Need Media Training.
4. How many media training sessions do you recommend?
This depends on your request. Many of our clients work with us for a half or full-day. Media training works even better when we build in follow-up training or refresher programs.
5. What is a typical media training class size?
When it’s a senior executive or leader, one-on-one is best. We also conduct group media training that includes one-on-one practice and critique. We also deliver lectures and keynote speeches at conferences for large audiences.
6. What is expected of me?
We involve clients in their media training from day one. In addition to our research, we ask for presentation samples, messaging, FAQ’s, and prior interviews. This allows our consultants to customize the media training program for you to be most effective. 7. Do you recommend conducting the media training at your location or at clients?
We work on your schedule. It can be at your location, at an “off-site” or in our offices. In more than 3 decades, we’ve conducted media trainings in conference rooms, over the telephone, virtually, and even in airport lounges and limos!
8. Do you offer virtual media training?
Yes. Although in-person training is ideal, we offer virtual media training via Zoom, webinar, or our client’s technology. Learn more about our Virtual Media Training.
9. How do we book a session?
