As a communications professional of 35 years, Mike Mangeot has responded to multiple crisis scenarios, including multiple aircraft crashes, COVID-19, 9/11, a national labor strike and a hostage incident.

In times of crisis, Mangeot has experience navigating international media, industry and regulatory scrutiny. He has helped navigate serious public safety, policy, labor, and company brand issues as well as devising industrywide best practices to promote transportation safety around the world.

Mangeot now serves as a communications consultant after 30 years in external, internal and technical communications roles for UPS Airlines.
