Jocelin is a communications trainer who spent nine years as a member of the Communications Training Network at Ketchum, a top global public relations firm.  Her career has allowed her to form part of more than 3,000 successful training sessions for clients in various industries. As a communications expert, she works to prepare clients for distinct types of interviews and presentations by sharing proven techniques to help them deliver clear, concise, and compelling messages in either English or Spanish. 

Jocelin has contributed to PR News’ Media Training Guidebook, The GSCPA Magazine, NSCP Currents on Demand, and occasionally serves as a mentor to young women in media for SheSays, an award-winning organization.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in media studies from New York’s Hunter College in 1996 and is a proud certified New York City vendor (MWBE). Jocelin enjoys the arts, cycling, and traveling. Above all, she loves helping clients reach their objectives.
