RWJF: Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health Policy Fellows
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Health Policy Fellows program provides the nation’s most comprehensive learning experience at the nexus of health, science, and policy in Washington, D.C. It is an outstanding opportunity for exceptional mid-career health professionals and behavioral and social scientists with an interest in health and health care policy. Fellows participate in the policy process at the federal level and use that leadership experience to improve health, health care, and health policy.
For more than 40 years RWJF has worked to improve health and health care. They are striving to build a national Culture of Health that will enable all to live longer, healthier lives now and for generations to come.

Media Training with CommCore is a highlight of the fellowship year. We recognize that media training is an invaluable skill for any professional who engages in public discussion. In addition, the training supports the overall goals of the program: to equip health professionals and behavioral and social scientists with the skills and knowledge to become leaders in health policy. Media training bolsters and refines the fellows’ ability to communicate important ideas to diverse audiences in thoughtful and impactful ways.
